F1 2019 Bug Report - Custom Control Scheme Switching Back to default

Recommended Posts

1.       A description of the issue. Please include any error codes here.
Code: CPET-PTDH-GSG* (not sure if there’s another digit, it fades on the Merc’s Halo). Basically, sometimes when you just open the game and go onto TT (I’m sure this happens in every game mode, but I almost always go to TT first) you’ll go out to start a lap with a custom control scheme (for this one, I swapped the look back button for Y and the DRS with A. This is on the Xbox One S) and then it will have switched back to the default scheme while still displaying the visual for your custom one. Going back into the menu, it still says the custom control scheme is enabled, and it seems the only way to fix it is it disable and reenable the scheme. I have not found any permanent fix for this.

2.       I am on the most up to date version of F1 2019
3.       Time Trial (Probably happens on all game modes)
4.       Are you able to recreate the issue? If so, please include recreation steps on how you encountered this issue. https://gamerdvr.com/gamer/ams-dasher/video/97904055
5.       How often do you see this problem? Is it the only time or does it always happen? Only sometimes. This is probably the 4th or 5th time it has happened to me in a little over a week, or basically 5 times for getting on 15-20 times.
6.       Have you tried any troubleshooting? We recommend the steps here as a starting point for any issues. Please let us know what troubleshooting methods you have tried while creating this post. I know how to temporarily fix this issue but have found no way to fix it permanently.
7.       Any accessories you are using (gamepad, wheel etc) Thrustmaster TMX Steering Wheel with Regular Pedals.
