I missed the sign up window for the closed beta when will the open beta come out if there even is going to be a open beta?

There is no open Beta. Just early access on the 7 of july, if u order the Schumacher deluxe Edition

It's been launched for a while now, if you applied in time and got selected you'll have gotten an e-mail with instructions.

It is already open (over a week) you will have access to a beta forum under the F1 sub forum. If not, you were not accepted.

but my best advice is to open a brand new account and then apply..

It's very likely they have people they want on the Beta because of their experience or knowledge, but who don't have accounts on the forum.  Known QA testers, for example, would be invaluable in something like this because of their knowledge in repetitive test procedures.

I don't want to burst your bubble. 

Alot of them had opened accounts just for the beta. 

They dont use QT in beta which everyone applied for. 

These kids posted on Facebook  with pictures of the beta and openly bragged  

I was told I had to post more bug reports. 

Funny that when kids open up a brand new account with absolutely no posts .

Personally I've been told every which way loose I'd o want to beta test. 

I think they forget. Staff that is. I am older and wiser and been round the block a few times.  Got the  WHITE TEES as well. 

Even got the scars lol.

A lot of the adults were left out because staff who should not be biased but were   

Barry said it himself that some in his F1 league he had spoken with and got them to his way of thinking  

Yes they had to apply but were guaranteed a spot.

Its over and done with but at least have a bit of respect for yourself (Staff that is).

I wasn't annoyed over not getting picked. I was annoyed about the complete load of  rubbish I was fead.

I've learnt alot over last year from codemasters and they don't view people as people. 

Anyways just my humble opinion.

I hope that more people are competent than children to test the beta. Because from the videos we saw (we don't know what build it was), but the game was too arcade even without aid. F1 wants to create a simulation game in addition to Codemasters, but I am convinced that Codemasters must commit to making a simulation game without the need for another manufacturing thing. With the advent of the new consoles there is no excuse, the game must offer more levels, starting from the deepest simulation to aid for casual players. But you have to play a game starting from physics without aid and not for the inexperienced
