AMD Catalyst Driver

Hi all,

Just updated the Catalyst driver to the Beta 15.5, trying to lift the performance in Pcars... after the install, FPS in Dirt Rally plummeted. Normally get a solid 60fps [Ultra] @ 3440x1440, now its dropped to 15-20fps :disappointed: 

About to re-install Catalyst 14.12 and hopefully DR will be back to normal... Anyone else had problems with the Catalyst Beta Drivers?

15.5 didn't impact my DiRT Rally, didn't improve much either (i guess that's my HD6870's fault)
Some other game kind of slightly lowered in smoothness, tho.

Ha ha ha... realised that after installing the new Beta driver, I'd also got AMD's Gaming Evolved app. What I didn't realise was, after hitting the sync games button, it had put every game I have to maximum quality. There's two settings on Dirt that I have set to low/off, giving a nice frame rate. These were turned on... :neutral:
