XBOX360 gamepad settings sugestions!

Hi! I use xbox360 gamepad but the handling is not very smooth with default advanced settings like sensitivity and linerity... Any suggestion how to improve it?

Not perfect, my pad is old and the left stick tends to 'walk' on it's own (Bloody First Person Shooters), but it works.
