@tbtstt I don't like the 2015 STI it looks more like a EVO X/ Impreza although the commercial is very good ;-)

And somehow I do not like race cars,... I do prefer DTM and Rally Cars ,... :D

Yeah, I agree it does look a lot like the Evo X, but then I think the Evo X is a good looking car, so that doesn't bother me too much! 

The only thing that really puts me of is that the UK model is going to get the 2.5L engine again, was hoping they would learn from past mistakes and go back to the 2.0L engine for the UK.

I'm currently inlove with Eduardo Veiga Escort MkII (Portuguese driver). This Escort as a 2.3 Cosworth block with 360 bhp and a 6 speed sequential gearbox... and a liverie that even though it's not classic, it's crazy enought to fit the car and the driving style

Favorite car, probably the 206 WRC (the one that really got me into motorsport) but I don't like any livery for it

I was trying to ad this via mobile yesterday, and it wouldn't post correctly.. but you beat me to it!  Yes the Porsche 917 is my favorite car of all time.  When I was very young my father worked at a Porsche dealer, and from time to time he would pick up a die cast model that they sold there for a present.  I think this was the first one he gave me, good memories.

I have been contemplating the looks of the new wrx/sti, starting to see them at some dealers.  I've come to the conclusion that from time to time all manufactures cars share similar looks.  IDK did everyone share the same comments when the bugeye came out with Dodge Neon headlights, which i think where 'inspired' by the new beetle?

If you look at a lot of new cars, many are going to a hexagonal grill, many are do in the C style led headlight/tail light half ring.  The new Corvettes have the same [ugly] mirrors protruding from the doors.  

So to say the WRX/STi looks like one car or the other yeah it does, but is just the same as it ever was, same.. as... it.. ever was

To be honest I'm not that big of a Porsche fan; there are a couple of their road cars I really like (specifically the 911 GT3), but for the most part they don't excite me that much.

The 917 is an exception though: utterly love the car, especially in the Gulf colours!

I don't recall anyone citing any inspiration for the bug eye headlights when they were first revealed: just everyone agreeing how awful they looked! :D

The bug eye light have never really grown on me, it was only when the blob eye came along that I really warmed to the newage Impreza.
