Does anybody know how to restart the Young Driver Test?

I want to restart the young driver test on a higher difficulty than I had tried previous but don't really want to delete my save data. Does anybody know if this is possible?

Yes it is just click on it within the menus I forget exactly which menu it's in but it's the same one as Scenario mode and time attack I think

This didn't restart the Young Driver Test, just enabled me to re-do the event. I ideally wanted to restarted the whole thing and see which teams I'd unlock on the higher difficulty.

it only has the same teams no matter what difficulty you're on just a tougher benchmark to reach

I don't believe this to be correct. You gain medals to unlock teams further up the grid. The base teams stay the same yes.

the 5/6 teams that are available in the YDT are your base teams to get a drive with a team like Ferrari/Red Bull or whatever you have to start with and prove yourself in career mode by achieving objectives set for you by your team. you can't unlock the big teams by just doing the YDT only the 5/6 base teams which are listed at the bottom of the YDT panel in that mode

     Would leaving Auto-Save off and not saving until you ran thru it a couple times and got where you wanted then doing a manual save solve the problem?

I think you have to start a new save (with autosave off) - exit before doing the first test - change the difficulty - then go back into young drivers test.

Either way you have to start a new save. :/
