Steam Deluxe Schumacher Edition Not Available Until July 10

I pre-purchased the F1 2020 Deluxe Schumacher Edition via Steam and received a 10% discount for having owned F1 2019 (plus another $5 discount that wasn't explained to me). I believe that I'm supposed to be able to start playing on July 7, but Steam still says "Coming July 10, 2020" and I am not able to pre-download the game. Will I be able to start playing on July 7, or have I somehow purchased the wrong edition?

if you have Scumacher edition,you can play on July 7

and if you get 10% discount 

probably you have

discount was only on MSC edition

The $5 discount was Steam Road Trip on purchases over $30?

Wasnt sure both would apply but one must be dev and one platform so...
