Is this year going to be release at 00.00 UTC +1, or 00.00 in your time-zone?

Believe its based on your timezone for Xbox

its currently showing as playable at 1am Uk time on the xbox which is wierd. Always been midnight

Few people on my Xbox friends list are playing it right now. They changed their Xbox location to New Zealand, so when it hit 1am Tuesday NZ time (about midday on Monday in the UK) they could start downloading it
