Will I still get to play the game 3 days early?

I preordered the Shumi edition on Steam before it was announced that you get early access to the game and when I see in my library it say the games going to be available on July 10th regardless will I still be able to play 3 days early regardless?

I hope you can, I preordered the game on May 27, paid the full shot for the Schumacher edition, but my retailer says NOPE! you can't have it until Friday.  Is this a Canada thing?
