Upgrading from seventy edition to schumacher edition

is there a way to upgrade from seventy edition to schumacher edition on steam?

I don't believe so, no. If you've pre-ordered Seventy, then you have that until if or when Codemasters release the Schumacher content as a separate DLC for it after the 10th.

Edit: Actually, not upgrade, but you could get a refund and then reorder the Schumacher edition, but it can take a few days to get a response, so it might be too late by then. Perhaps you could ask Steam support to change it and pay the extra? I don't know.
