Can't typing any text in F1 2020.....

Excause me , I can skip the opening video , confirm the user agreement , but I can't typing any text while I need to enter my name , even using windows touch keyboard .....
There is a short video to explain my situation , thank you .....

Please follow the bug reporting template 🙂 

This might be an issue with the keyboard you're using (at least Japanese IME has obvious problems with inputting text). Could you add an English keyboard layout to test if it works that way? The steps to do this can be found from the internet.

I applied the 2004 update for windows update.
Then, the phenomenon of this post occurred.
Example) I can't rename the machine settings.

I'm using Japanese Windows 10 and it was solved by adding an English language pack.
I haven't had any problems with other applications this way in my environment.

However, some other users may be affected by this method.
Isn't it possible to prevent it from occurring other than this method?
Is it not possible for the F12020 side to handle it?

If you want Codemasters to change their game everytime Microsoft release a faulty update to Windows 10, then patches every month are the order of the day.
