When playing a 10 race My Team Career mode, I am unable to access the 'Customisation' tab as I cannot scroll far enough to get there, it seems as soon as I try to switch to the 'Finance History' tab my game crashes and I get an Ego dumper error, I have tried troubleshooting it, to the best of my ability, finding this doesn't occur if I do a full season, only if I select 10 races. I have tried Verifying integrity and reinstalling, as well as updating graphics drivers all to no success. 2. What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen) 1.03 3. Game-mode? My Team 4. What are your replication numbers? Minimum test attempts are 4. Please also add EXACT replication steps for us to try too. 10, This has occurred without fail every time I try to access this tab, apart from when on a 22 race season. 5. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue As stated above, I have attempted verification of integrity, and a full reinstall, as well as updating graphic drivers 6. What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc) Xbox Controller 7. Any screenshots or video of the issue? Brodiii 0 Posted July 9 (edited) Hi, I finished the first season in My Team already. And since I started the second season my game crashes always when I navigate to the Finance History. Really annoying because of that I can't access the customization tab. It shows me a EGO Dumper crash. I attached some zips. 1. After starting the second season in my team the game crashes when navigating to the Finance Histroy tab. EDIT: I read some other posts. I also changed the second season to 10 races. First season was 16 races. 2. 1.03 on PC 3. Game-mode? My Team 4. What are your replication numbers? Happened multiple times. 5. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Tried DX11 and DX12. Reinstalled the game on another hard drive. Finished the first race weekend. Still crashing. 6. I don't record my games. But i navigate to Finance History, game freezes and EGO Dumper opens. 7. anthonyd5189 5 Posted July 9 (edited) I'm getting a similar issue, but mine occurs when I scroll onto the "Driver Market" page. And your's is actually acting just like mine. The "Driver Market" description audio begins, and then the game crashes. So I'm guessing we're having the same issue. And looks like we have another person here. @BarryBL any ideas on this one? anthonyd5189 5 Posted July 10 @TomCooperCM Figure I'd chime in here as well since I'm having the identical issue and no one has responded to my post. I'm running Mercedes for an engine, Schumacher for my teammate. I drive the races and do 1 or 2 practices (however long it takes me to get all objectives done) and typically simulate the 3rd practice. anthonyd5189 5 Posted July 10 Yes, I fill activities every time it's possible to do so. I can't actually get to the finances page long enough to look. My game crash happens once the "driver market" description audio begins. If you watch TomL's video, and if you look at my linked post and watch my video, you'll see that it appears something with the audio is causing the crash. And since the game crashes, it doesn't recognize that I've been to that page before, so it will replay the audio the next time I scroll over the "driver market" and will crash again, etc, etc. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Since someone had mentioned that there is no issue with a 22 race season, which I just confirmed as well, I figured I'd start one quick so I can go over the "driver market" tab and play the audio without crashing. So I did that, went back to my 10 race season save, went over the "driver market" tab, the audio didn't play which I thought would be a fix. As soon as I got to the "financial" tab, the game crashed. So it does indeed seem to be an issue with the "financial" page, not sure what specifically it is about a 10 or 16 race season that is different from a 22 race season, but whatever that difference is seems to be the issue. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I had one 10 race season ruined about 6 races in where I was unable to do anything because any time I tried to advance it would just crash. Then on my 2nd My Team attempt I have this issue. I'm not against doing a 22 race season, but I prefer doing longer races (50%) and doing that for 22 races is a good chunk of time, and unfortunately time I don't have if I want the full My Team experience. I've now got an issue where I can't even finish my, MyTeam season, gets to the end and just crashes, made a bug report but still no acknowledgment, from Codemasters, how they can put out a game with this many errors is completely ridiculous, did they not have anyone test play the 10 and 16 season career modes before release?
