RWa 2 Posted July 8 (edited) I have the Elite controller (v1) and this issue was already there in previous editions. Sometimes it works, most of the times it doesn't. I don't understand why this issue cannot be resolved. I have the controller connected with a cable. Edited July 8 by RWa

Go in to the control settings of F1-2020 and on the last tab, make sure trigger rumble is set to ON and not Auto. works both in DX11 and DX12.. i think it feels better in DX11, there is a difference in feel. DX12 seems to be quite a bit more powerful using the main rumble motors, but you still feel the triggers kick in. Only problem there is i feel DX11 there are more stutters (graphically) then DX12.. Hope this helps.. I'm using wireless dongle. not Bluetooth (never Bluetooth)

What I do when it does not work in F1 2020 I start and close first another game where I know rumble always works (Assetto Corsa Competizione) and restart F1 2020. Then rumble works. SASColfer 56 Posted July 9 I've had trigger rumble issues in the past and found various solutions. The first one is that either Steam or Windows really doesn't like it when you 'Sleep' your PC. if I load up the game or steam after putting it to sleep and waking it, it never has trigger rumble working. The second problem/solution I've found is that if I load up steam with the controller unconnected and then connect it, it also won't have the rumble. The solution to both is to ensure the controller is connect and then start up your pc from fully turned off. Generally if I follow those two rules then the rumble works fine. Might not fix every case but worth a shot.
