Crash on "Finances" inside Corporate - MyTeam (PC)

Hello, I don't know if I am in the right place but I would like to report a crash issue (clicking send report on the crash window doesn't work apparently)

 

 

How do I get the crash: I go into Corporate and quickly press right trigger and once Finances tries to pop up, crashes immediately (it happens more than 3 times)

This is happening on PS4 Pro too, every time.

I got the exact same problem here on my PC but i think it is not the finance tab for me the crash appears when opening the finance History Tab. but with this I cannot go to the custimisation menu to change my car sponsors or anything
