Possible bug - Tyre allocation in practice programmes

I think this is a bug but not 100% sure if the regs changed this year?

We don’t seem to loose the two most worn sets of tyres anymore after each practice session. In fact i have lost the worn ones but been given a full allocation of fresh tyres for each session, as in i have all tyres available at 0% wear in each practice session regardless of what I used the session before.

I noticed the same thing. 0% wear during my first two practice sessions.

And it seems to me that for the race too.  I used all 3 soft compounds in the classification and did not go to Q3.  When I started the race with a soft tire, it was new, with 0% wear.
