Options for matte, glossy, metallic finishes on liveries

The livery editor is just terrible, let's be honest. Other games, such as NBA 2k, have allowed players to create their own shoes and allow significant customization options, including logo placements, colors, and most important, a variety of textures on the shoes, including flat or matte finishes, glossy plastic finishes, and even metallics.

Codemasters already has these finishes in the game, they can be seen on a variety of existing liveries. Why can we not select them for ourselves?

Logo placement, rotation and size adjustments should also be simple to allow. 

Finally, please allow us to place our team badge on the car in a more visible location than the tiny logo on the nose. We want the option for larger badges if possible please!
