Opening podium pass causes game to crash (Xbox one)

1. When I try to open the podium pass the game crashes. It also says the items in the shop are available for an incorrect amount of time.

2. Version 1.02

3. Just in the main menu

4. I've tried it around 10 times and it's crashed every time.

5. I've uninstalled the game and tried reinstalling it. I've also restarted the game many times. None of this worked.

I have the exact same problem but on PS4.
