Multiplayer in F1 2015

I'm a big fan of F1 and was excited to get my hands on it but after spending most of my day trying to get into a online lobby only to have a error message or for it to crash is a joke . Yes the game itself is good graphics wise etc but the online for me has just enraged me Codemasters seriously need to get there finger out

Can't quite belive there is no stat tracking for online also no rank what is the point in playing it for what reason awful move by codemasters please patch it back also grid positions by chosen team is a dreadful move. Why is there no challenege i used to love having to finish in a certain place and that has also just been removed due to no ranking system ruined a great online experience. Please patch it back.

Why is near impossible to race online? I can never get a race! It search's for a race but never gets me one. Then when is does find me one it says unavailable to join session. I've also lost connection to the play station network a few times. Can anyone help me understand this?

Yes I have it also. can see it clearly since we have two screens with 2 ps4 next to each other.

I finally got one...managed to avoid the huge crash just before Eau Rouge...GREAT!! Everyone else but 1 quit, 11 laps of Spa with only AI and AN.Other...NOT SO GREAT!! Still, I'm a winner!!

So frustrating, tried on numerous occasions to find an online game, but just ends up timing out :(

When you are in the multiplayer mode, the computer always assumes you are the number one driver of the team even if  Hamilton for example has already been selected. As soon as you choice Mercedes, it drops Hamilton and adds me. I want to leave Hamilton and race as the number 2 driver but this isn't possible.

The PS4 has the most issues online, you're lucky to get in a game on the PS4 version. Error after Error.

Xbox One has its own issues but at least when it tries to join a game it gets in right away.

I've played online a couple of times now.  I don't like that you can't join a custom game that somebody else (not a friend) has created.  There's not enough options of the pre designed online modes that don't have AI in them.  I want to race online against humans, not the computer, I can do that in Championship mode.

Furthermore, if I finish 3rd in a race, why is the podium scence and following classification totally random?  Even if there are no time penalties applied.  I came fifth in a race the other day but ended up first, got the achievement too LOL!  Very frustrating for all involved.

I've not had any problems joining a game...yet.

It's a bit rubbish that on the Standard 5 lap sprint race option there's no pre race screen to tinker with your setup.  Yes, you can load one, but what if you've not created a setup yet for that track?

I'll stop now, there's more, so much more.

One of the main draws for me was the old co-op seasons in previous years.
