Regulation changes - purchased upgrades in grey, can't be adapted

Hey guys, losing my mind here.

In season 1 on PS4 F1 2019. Been informed the regulations are changing for Aero and 6 parts are impacted. I've seen grabs where these should be shown in orange with the option to adapt them costing 50% of the original upgrade points. Mine are all showing completely in grey with no option to upgrade (note: not the black an grey for items not purchased, completely grey with white trim). Does this mean they are obsolete?
