Starting a multiplayer match with setup option manditory

Nobody starts with the regular middle set up... unless you accidentally hit x because you've been waiting 10 min for a game. Please add the setup option to the first screen before racing after waiting 10 min. So frustrating to have to quit and start again or play with a trash setup.
