F1 2020 MyTeam Event Gearbox

Hello, I am currently heading into the British Grand Prix on my final event gearbox. My question is, What happens when you use all 3 event gearboxes? I tried to find the answer on google but nothing came up.

Probably be a grid place penalty, 5 places for each time you use a new gear box in your situation

strangely I done first 4 races of season and my first gear box has 29% wear in my team mode yet seen so many complaints about gear box wear.
