Rancie 0 Posted May 30, 2014 SO I D/L'd the classic content from PS Store and guess what happened after it installed? I don't have any of it in game. Oh its in my game data folder but not in he game. Am I missing something here or did I just waste $15.00 bucks. TIA.
Rancie 0 Posted June 1, 2014 I'm not going to get an answer am I. I did forget to mention that I'm playing on a PS3, and I live in the states. If that helps.
danorourke 0 Posted June 2, 2014 I am having the same problem. The game gives a message that you must be signed into the PSN network to use downloadable content. But if you are signed in and try to start the game it says "you must exit PSN network" to run the game.
danorourke 0 Posted June 2, 2014 I guess that us is not supported, so I guess we did wasn't our money on the dlc. Oh well no more codemasters games for me.
Rancie 0 Posted June 3, 2014 Same here. besides wasting money on the dlc I can't hardly play because of all the intermittent pauses. The only game it does it with. I just had the blueray fixed last summer. I haven't even tried to race online because of it. Some kind of support would surely be appreciated for us on this side of the pond. danorourke 0 Posted June 3, 2014 Their website doesn't mention anything about this and psn USA sells it, it's a complete fraud. Had to search the web for 2 days to find a fan site that mentioned this issue.

Hatta 0 Posted June 4, 2014 danorourke said: Thanks for the reply, will contact them. No problem.I'd also suggest deleting all traces of F1 2013 from your PlayStation 3 (not your save files) and reinstalling them. This may solve the issue you're having. Rancie 0 Posted June 5, 2014 I did that. deleted everything and started from scratch. same issues. I even rebuilt my file and database on my ps3 and it had no affect. will contact customer service though.
danorourke 0 Posted June 5, 2014 Note that when you go into the game directory there is 2 versions, the original install and the update, the original install says European content. Delete the update, start game, cancell updating software , you then can sign into psn, but it then forces you to update and then you can't sign into psn. Downloadable content So we need the European update, so the problem is that the game on disk would have worked but the update that apparently is us stops it from working, and you can't complete sign in without updating

Rancie 0 Posted June 5, 2014 Just got this from customer service:If you have the PS3 version of the game, please note that you can only purchase DLC on the correct regional PSN Store. You can check which region your game is by looking at the region icon on the back of the box (the small black logo with a globe and a number). Once you have identified your region you must use an account connected to that region's PSN Store to purchase DLC. If your account is connected to a different PSN Store, you can create a new user which you can then link to the correct store and purchase DLC. If this is the case, you will need to request a refund on your original purchase from Sony.
