I got my pitcoins without problem using the code in the box of my physical PS4 game. I'm sure it will eventually be resolved for those missing the coins. I preordered the 70th edition too and didn't have anything in the box. At this point they should just give every active user like 30k pitcoins for the annoyance. Mine was just the 70 edition actually, for PS4 and ordered via Amazon. To be honest when I ordered it I didn't even know anything about pitcoins or that I would be getting any.
