'Radio Check' on Formation Lap

I always do the formation lap in career and I use the voice commands throughout the race. 

You could say 'radio check' during the formation lap and Jeff could reply 🙂

To be fair, radio check is done on the grid, before the formation lap.
In case there is something is wrong, it can be fixed. Can't fix anything on the drivers side when formation lap has started

And if you are in Haas you get a penalty for talking in formation lap. Don't forget that. 

For improved immersion, I like your idea.
