Podium pass challenges don't always register as completed

Sorry if this has been posted but I couldn't find it.
1.       A detailed description of the issue. Please include any error codes here. 
I just completed 2nd race as Latifi and it didn't register the "complete 2 races as Latifi" as completed. Only the 1st one. It also didn't register "get a pole and win in Canada" which I did in the same race.

5.       What are your replication numbers? Minimum test attempts are 4. Please also add EXACT replication steps for us to try too. 
Only did it once but that's the point. If I do what it asks me it should register or it's just a waste of time.
6.       What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue 
None. Even if I do it again and it works, I didn't really fix it because it should be done the first time.
7.       What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc) 
PS4 controller
8.       Any screenshots or video of the issue? If the video is long, please include a timestamp for when the issue appears.

I'll ask a question partly to bump this: was your Canada race at the required difficulty setting? I think I remember this being specified.

Can confirm this bug.

I did a race as Kevin Magnussen at Brazil and won the race.  The challenges to do a race as Kevin Magnussen and win a race in Brazil did not complete.  I wasn't recording at the time, so I started recording (using my streaming software) and then redid the same race.  The second time both challenges did complete properly.

Settings (as best I remember):  No practice, One-shot qualy, 3 lap race, AI at 20.  There was no requirement for minimum difficulty, race length, or anything else.

I've had this happen once before when doing a daily challenge. Sorry, I forgot to post it at the time and I'm not sure which challenge it was. I usually run with No Practice, 1-shot Qualy, and a 3-lap race.

It worked the second time.  Not sure that counts.

T300 with F1 Formula wheel
