KNT2011 214 Posted July 22 I'm currently playing through an F2 season in career and Antoine Hubert is my main rival for the championship. This has felt incredibly weird, and I'm hesitant to beat him in races. Should he have been removed from the F2 season mode? Perhaps an homage to him on the various cars halo would have been a fitting replacement. I can't help but feel it quite morbid to be fighting hard against a character who is no longer with us. johnboy83 88 Posted July 23 They left him in the 2019 F2 update last year out of respect. They cleared it with the family who gave their approval. I guess they continued with that this year. KNT2011 214 Posted July 23 Yes I think the responses make sense, it is showing more respect to keep his AVI in the game and true it must be with the consent of his family. I don't know why the thumbs down? Just expressing that it makes me uneasy personally, wasn't trying to be cold at all. JamesG 4 Posted July 23 (edited) I felt like it was right to keep him in the update for last year's game out of respect, but him being in this years game does feel weird and eerie. I really don't feel comfortable racing against him, and trying so hard not to punterino him. It just doesn't sit right with me. I actually came to this forum just now for this reason. Was gonna ask if anyone knew of they were going to release the 2020 season because I really love F2 but don't feel comfortable racing against Hubert.
