The game loads up fine, but whenever i pick any game mode (My team crashes when it starts to load, online races when it tries to load tracks, career mode straight away also) the game will crash, I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it however i still have the same problem, i have tried turning it off and on again of course, but nothing has worked, This started happened on the 21st of July. 2. Platform: Xbox One 3. Version: Both on 1.03 and 1.05 4. Gamemode: All of the gamemodes 5. I only have 3 videos however i have done this upwards of 10+ times both before and after installation and re installation, i followed the steps i took in the videos listed below. 6. Troubleshooting: Uninstalling, re installing, turning off and on, leaving it on for an hour before going into a gamemode incase it hadn't loaded, still didn't work. 7. SubbaroF1O 4 Posted July 24, 2020 So since yesterday I have been experiencing the same on PC. But instead of it closing, obviously the ego dumper pops up. I tried reverting to old drivers, didn´t do anything either. I managed to work out the issue though and I´m sorry to say, the save file is corrupted. I threw out everything (saved a copy of it though) disabled steam cloud saving and then I was able to play again. Now what is weird, but I believe this is because of PC, that it didn´t crash when you were in a loading screen until the online gamemode. For me it always crashed during the loading screens. I´m hoping we get any advice to restore those files. Yet I believe on PS4 XBOX it might be impossible. Maybe @BarryBL will bring it towards CM or others will report it, that know how to fix it. Thanks, at least i know it might not be entirely me then - I'm not technologically minded so how come a save file in my team makes it be unable to play every game mode if you know? SubbaroF1O 4 Posted July 24, 2020 So on PC there is a save file thats called savegame@profile. This has stored all information you´ve given the game so far. That means also the start, where you had to accept the TOS, the customization stuff and so on. This file also holds all career, myTeam, online(Leagues, events, ranked) saves of course. I don´t really know how the files got damaged. It doesn´t make any sense. At the moment I am fiddling around what exactly is wrong with the files, or which is the problem causing as there are multiple of those(I guess copies). TwoodyZ 0 Posted July 24, 2020 (edited) I am encountering the exact some issue since Monday the 20th when the update was rolled out. 1. Continuous blue screen error CE-34878-0 2. PS4 3. 1.05 4. Any game made, it is unplayable now. If I click to change to a new livery or item even it freezes and then blue screens. (Any time the game has to save file, I believe the update has corrupted something.) 5. 20 times since the latest update. (I believe it happened a few hours after the update randomly at 11pm on the 20th. I was playing online ranked races, took a 10 min break and then the issue started. 6. I have deleted and re-installed the game. Changed my PS4 resolution, checked my internet and connectivity to other games (all fine).
