No pitcoins on Steam

I've seen that there has been issues with pitcoins, mainly on Xbox, and it seems that all the focus has been put on solving this issue for Xbox users. That's great and understandable as the issue has been bigger there. However I've not seen any statements on solving this issue on other platforms, in my case steam, and it seems that it's being believed that it's only affecting Xbox users? I'd really just like to know if I could expect a fix anytime soon, I really would rather not have to purchase any pitcoins in order to fix the issue.

All game modes 
5.       What are your replication numbers? Minimum test attempts are 4. Please also add EXACT replication steps for us to try too. 

Every time I play? 
6.       What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue 

Reinstalling, direct x11 etc
7.       What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc) 

Thrustmaster t150, CSL elite LC pedals 
8.       Any screenshots or video of the issue? If the video is long, please include a timestamp for when the issue appears.

I don't even know how to earn any pitcoins. Got 15000 from pre-ordering, spent them on VIP, bought the tiers and have been stuck on 1250 ever since. Cannot buy anything now, because I'm not earning any coins. Do I really have to buy them? Can't even buy the next VIP when it becomes available. I'm on a standard PS4.
