Scratchmane 1 Posted August 2, 2020 1. A detailed description of the issue. I've just run a bunch of benchmarks, to see if I could figure what was going in relation to the problem rported here: It then says at the end of the benchmark: You can find the Info in "my games". But the folder is empty! 2. Platform PC 3. What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen) 1.06 4. Game-mode? N/A 5. What are your replication numbers? Minimum test attempts are 4. Please also add EXACT replication steps for us to try too. Tried 10 times, same result. 6. What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue I don't know what I can do to put the file in the folder 7. What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc) G29. Scratchmane 1 Posted August 2, 2020 Oh and as a side note the benchmark mode is flawed. It doesn't put you in the same car, this is problem as some cars halos are matte and others are very reflective. I thought a benchmark was supposed to be the same exact each time...so it can be compared
zombie82 14 Posted August 3, 2020 the my games folder is read-only, that would explain both problems.

The Documents folder is read-only to programs due to Protected Folder Access in Windows Security, you can turn it off in the settings. The full path is C:\Users\[USERNAME]\Documents\My Games\F1 2020\benchmarks
Scratchmane 1 Posted August 22, 2020 yes I found the folder...but there is NOTHING in it, even after I do the benchmark. The problem is not where the folder is, but nothing is in it
