In Race Quick Menu

Just picked up the game and in my first race I hit the quick menu button to change the fuel setting and noticed there was an option to increase and decrease downforce.
What is that? F1 doesnt have movable aero.

I believe it lets your mechanics change your front wing angle when you go in for a pit stop.
