They've kept it (the 3 rating) since podiums and in-game purchases this year. Most racing games are. There is no violence, no fear (hmmm, maybe F1 is too safe....) Alcohol is a drug, the podium scenes are in with unbranded bottles of non-specific liquid. Not sure how they reckon it keeps a 3 with in-game purchases like Pitcoin.
