bolivianragafak 0 Posted August 9 Hello having this error , using PC , Xbox GAME PASS. I did search for a fix on google but still anything works. Went to app settings and Repair , Reset the App, result: DiRT Rally 2.0 (Windows) can’t open because it is offline. The storage device might be missing or disconnected. Could not find the Restore App button that some suggest for a fix. maybe an older app setting that is no longer available. Please help. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
