If you've just spun off, yes. If you've written the car off so you're out of the race, no. But if the game had got stuck it's what I'd have tried.

You probably know but this is an option from the pause menu.

Actually the only time I go to the pause menu is in single and the only options there are restart, resume and stop. Resume just picks up where you left off so that wouldn’t work. I was not aware that there is a reset to track option during a duel.

I think it's present in all race modes but I could be wrong. I thought it was in all modes actually and I'm surprised you've come across any more with only three options.

Similar thing happened to me at Melbourne. Landed right way up after going airborne at the first corner. But car could only go in reverse with totally no forward drive.
End up had to quit. Only saving grace was only losing 20 points. Lol

I definitely don’t have that mode. I sacrificed a race which I was losing anyway to see and I only have Restart, Resume and Quit available to me.

Do what?

There certainly is a 'reset to track' option online, and in GP mode for both qualifying and the race (I just checked the last two). I'm slightly surprised if it's not in all modes but I'm not going to check every one.

Just in case this is relevant above, I don't suppose this option will be listed if the automatic reset to track assist is turned on.

Are you sure you’re talking about f1 mobile and not f1 2020 ?

  • Thanks 1

My apologies. I was indeed talking about F1 2020 and had missed what section this thread was in :classic_blush:.

Edit: ironically because I replied on my mobile!
