At Sochi was Charles Leclercq out of the race at corner exit 8 in a dangerous situation. No VSC or SC, just yellow flags.
It happened all the time (sometimes twice a race) and no SC. Please fix this. Thanks 2.       Platform
PS4 Pro 3.       What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen) 
1.06 (but it is the same since the release of this game)

4.       Game-mode?
Career mode, 80% AI

5.       What are your replication numbers? Minimum test attempts are 4. Please also add EXACT replication steps for us to try too. 
A lot, but really a lot. All the time there is a mechanical failure and a car is in a dangerous situation. No SC at all.

6.       What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue
Disable and enable SC several times in the menu. What else could I do?

7.       What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc) 
Fanatec CSL Elite PS4 F1 esport, LC brake but not relevant.

8.       Any screenshots or video of the issue? If the video is long, please include a timestamp for when the issue appears.
