Still low graphics resolution after 1.07 patch

1.       A detailed description of the issue. Please include any error codes here. 
I have just installed 1.07 patch and I still have got low graphics resolution. They are blurred, pixeled and awful...I mean cars models, suits, gloves and helmets. It is especially on tracks like Hanoi, Silverstone or Monaco. It happens in cutscenes before the race and in grid lineup scene.

Xbox One S

3.       What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen) 

1.07

4.       Game-mode? 

My Team and Grand Prix

5.       What are your replication numbers? Minimum test attempts are 4. Please also add EXACT replication steps for us to try too. 

This problem happens always when I play the game. It happens in race and sometimes in free practices and quali. I just open the game then I start the race weekend and It happens...low graphics!!!

6.       What troubleshooting have you attempted? Please always try to attempt to fix the issue 

This problem happens since I bought this game (since 1.02 version). Till today, I have re-installed the game and restart the console. I can’t anything more because it’s on console.

7.       What peripherals are you are using (gamepad, wheel make & model etc) 

Logitech G920 for Xbox One (steering wheel) and sometimes Xbox controller

8.       Any screenshots or video of the issue? If the video is long, please include a timestamp for when the issue appears.

Unfortunately I don’t have any, but there are lots of screenshots on forums in topics like mine.

@BarryBL This isn’t spam, I just want to share my problem with devs after the 1.07 patch. I want to add the things which needs to be fixed.

Updates to this wasn't in the changelist for 1.07, and we are still working on improving this

Does this include massive frame rate drops under safety cars on Xbox One? I've been seeing a ton of low graphic issues with the game on my system too.

Also under investigation @chrisk88. Has been previously reported and I've added a internal bug report to the devs.
