Still wondering how that wasn't a Terminal damage though (I play on Simulation damage). If it was me crashing instead of him both of my front wheels would've come off.

In Baku, I had Bottas and Albon having a spin in the final corner S section and destroying their car to the point that a vsc and a safety car was called out. I race on 105 difficulty and with simulation damage. Bottas was running slightly ahead of me when that happened, and I almost hit him.

That was actually the AI trying to take the invisible shortcut they use at the end of qualifying to suddenly drop their times... but they realised the camera was on them at the last minute and faked a crash 😂

I've seen something even better happen on my first race of season 2 (102%, 25% lenght). I was second behind Bottas after the pit stop, coming to the last corner there were 2 cars in front of us pitting (a Williams and an Alfa Romeo), they crashed into each other entering the pit lane and one of them cut across the last corner taking out Bottas :)

My little Hulkenberg was so glad to finally get a race victory ;)

Feels like the AI is doing more mistakes than I am. They have little wobbles and lock ups, they crash into each other and into me. In Baku I had 3 different pile-ups that I was not involved in; two in the S-section and one in the castle section. I'm liking it - the races feel alive. It's not nice when the AI tries to divebomb, locks up and takes my wing, but it's good practice because that's pretty much the only overtake style you face with online.

I was doing My Team / Monza yesterday and a VSC came out on Lap 4.

I didn't know why until I saw the replay, when Leclerc wiped out on the straight and took out Gasly with him 😄

same, I just have 1-2 DNF`s per race, otherwise not really much is happening, or I just do not see it, could also be. I would be happy if it just would be that the AI misses the imaginary raceline once, taking a corner on the wrong line, going out on the gras or something like that

Well... It looks like this corner is Hamilton's Kryptonite. He crashed there in my previous season and my current season. At least this time he didn't bin it from 1st place 😀

The rear end of the A.I cars moving around under acceleration is a really nice touch
