"No Network Connection" on F1 2020 constantly despite connection being fine

Hey guys, for all of F1 2020 since it's come out, every 10 minutes or so after being in an online session, I get the error message "No Network Connection. Please make sure you are signed in and your network is OK.". However, there is no issue with my network. I am in PS4 parties at the same time as this happening and am never kicked out, nor do I ever lag or have any other issues. I am using a wireless connection but the connection never drops from the playstation. I can always rejoin and get straight back in though. I never had this issue ever before on any F1 games but given that I can barely complete a race without being kicked out, it's unplayable for me. 

 

Any ideas appreactiated.
