Fanatec CSL Elite Wheelbase not detected in game/Steam

Hi, having a big problem getting this wheel recognised for Dirt Rally 2

Under Steam - Settings - Controller Settings the wheel shows up as FANATEC CSL Elite Wheel Base Playstation 4 , when I customise the buttons it defines it then as an Xbox controller ??????????

I'm on Windows 10 - the device shows up under "Bluetooth and other devices" page as FANATEC CSL Elite Wheel Base Playstation 4

However it does NOT show under Device Manager - Sound Video and game controllers. I have made sure to update the wheelbase to latest drivers and firmware

if I launch Dirt Rally 2.0 and click Manage Game and try to select a controller it says none are connected ??????

Does anyone have this wheel and are able to play Dirt rally 2.0 on Windows 10? because something is obviously wrong here - appreciate any help with this issue :(

Had to do a Windows 10 reset, now working!
