F1 2020 Seventy Edition but liveries still locked?

I installed F1 2020 Standard as part of the Xbox Live trial.  The trial expired and I bought the Seventy Edition, nothing new downloaded, started the game, got credited the pitcoins but the seventy car liveries are still showing as locked?  Tried a few simple things like restarting and logging out/in.  Am I missing a step?
