Xbox One Steering Lag?

Is anybody else seeing steering lag on the xbox one, particularly in the wet?  Making steering adjustments along straights is causing the car to veer towards the wall and when you try and correct it the car veers the opposite direction.  I don't seem to have this problem in the dry.

I have the same issue on the PS4 and I can now feel an input lag in the dry too. In the wet it feels like a combination of an input lag and inputs "sticking", when a quick pull on the stick results in a long locked steer. The weird thing is that yesterday I did not experience any of this, although I only played with the day one patch installed.

Navigating the menus became sluggish as well.
