Good point and examples.  This is still an issue.  Dodging spinning AI cars is no fun.  I had a duel at Monaco in which multiple cars spun and completely blocked the track at Turn 1.  It seems like the effect of ramming the AI cars is too small and negative ramifications rarely ensue to the rammers.

This happened to me in a Mexico race a few days ago.  TIVEDO, ANS 56, from Italy, went for a swerve-fest just past the starting line, missed the AI car, bounced off the wall, crossed the track, and planted it in the other wall for a DNF.  I love it when karma works out like that.

It would be great if this facility worked all the time. I've lost count of how many times I have been shoved off the track since ghosting has been introduced. The concept is great but it does not fully address the fair racing issue.

I also experience this quite a lot and I feel the collision detection box should be expended to avoid hits...
