Grid 2019 - how do you navigate back to the main menu

I have Grid 2019 but have a navigation quesiton.

If you have a race series with 4 races and have played 2 of the 4, once the 3rd race comes up, how do you exit back to the main menu if you don't have time to finish the 3rd race or you want to go and do some time trials before running the 3rd race.

I have tried pressing every button on my Logitech g920 wheel but nothing,

In the controller setup, it shows Navigate to Main Menu as pressing Button 7 (the one that looks like two boxes offset), but nothing happens.

I also tried to bind this button but it is grayed out.  The only think I can do is clear all bindings but i still cannot bind that function.

Isn't there a option to quit at the end of a race before you go to the next race? 

Havent played the game for awhile now but if I remember correctly thats the way to do it.

not that i have seen.  you can only go back to the main menu before you start another race series.

If there isn''t one,,,there aught to be be.....Sometimes you only have time for a race or two,

If your on pc you always have the option to alt-f4.
