Hi, I am new to this. Could someone tell me how I can setup more rally stages other than the standard six locations: Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Poland, Spain and USA? Thank you in advance.

In wich game mode?
Have you bought the DLC? Or the GotY edition?

In My Team you can only run 6 rallies per championship and the rallies will be randomly choosen of the ones you have.

Not sure, I think it is the Day One Edition. I like to play in free trial. Maybe this is the case?

For Monte Carlo, Sweden, Germany, Wales, Greece and Finland you need the respective "season" DLCs.
Or you buy them separately.

For Scotland you only need one of the 4 season DLCs, doesn't matter wich one.

I would suggest, you look in the store of your platform youre playing on and look after deluxe edition upgrade.
There should be one for year one and one for year two.
These are the cheapest ways to get all the content.
Buying only the locations without the cars is more expensive I believe.

The Day One Edition doesn't include any new locations, only the 6 base ones.
The Deluxe Edition contains everything released in the first year.
The Super Deluxe Edition contains everything.

I bought the Deluxe Content Pack 2.0 (S3,S4) thru Playstation Store, but can not see the new contents like the new locations as well as Colin McRae Flat out pack in the game or at least I do not know how to activate it. I need your advice please. thank you in advance.

My problem here is: I'm on xbox. I don't know how it works on PS4.
On xbox you need to download the content through a install section.
And the Colin McRae Flat Out Pack needs to be downloaded seperately.

Are the seperate DLCs included in this deluxe pack maybe free now in the store?
So you may need to download them all seperately through the store, should be free of course.

Just guessing here.

That sounds about right, you may need to install the "license key" so that the game knows you own the content.

Also, important thing to consider is that PlayStation Store is region-specific.

If you have a European game and purchased DLC from the American store by accident it's not compatible. If that is what happened then contacting PlayStation Store support and explaining your mistake usually results in a refund*.

* I had a similar experience on Xbox where I purchased DLC for the Windows version of Cities: Skylines by mistake, and got a refund within 2 days.
