Game stutters

Recommended Posts

So everytime i'm in on track (time attack, quali, practice, race etc...) my game freezes and stutters a lot the framerate is also really low compared to what it was when i first bought the game. This whole ordeal started happening about 2 weeks ago. I also didn't tamper with the game's files. Any help will be appreciated.

Yeah, exactly the same for me. Have tried going back in drivers on Nvidia etc. It's unplayable like this.

DDU and reinstall a known working (Nvidia) driver. (Un)Fortunately, I use an AMD card to play F1, so am unable to comment beyond 446.14

DLSS on 20xx cards is not bug free on this game.

30xx cards are unstable.

But these newer Turing and Ampere cards need to use W10 2004 or higher and 450/455.xx branches (456.71 is latest).

For me it runs super smoothly for some time (between 5 - 10 laps), then all of a sudden it stutters for 5 seconds and then back to normal. But I crash every time, so it sort of ruins the fun.

Have done everything with DDU, Windows, motherboard etc. It came a few weeks ago, with the second to last update I believe.
