I didn't watch FP2 so feel free to shoot me down on this, but on paper Vettel only being 4 tenths from the Mercedes on a Mercedes track seems promising. I'll wait till qualifying to decide whether it actually is promising :P

Well he did his run on supersofts later than everyone else due to a gearbox problem so the track was faster due to more rubber but yeah, maybe the race won't be as boring, we will see today.

I doubt the Mercedes have given the full welly yet whereas Vettel perhaps has since he was taking the quicker, qualifying line on the pit straight iirc on his lap.
