I also think at least if u can't be ur self then at least have the drivers sign for other teams like jenson button could go to Williams also bring back test drivers which u can use for time trials 
also u can have it so you could be a test driver for example Adrian sutil with Williams or vandoorne with mclaren and maybe after test sessions at the end of the year maybe have vandoorne move up to a driving seat
likewise if I was Fernando alonso I would be dropped for vandoorne so the next year I would need to do well in tests or get a drive elsewhere although try to use every test driver to pick from because I would love to use sussie Wolff  instead of Adrian. Sutil and also whe should have a safety car/virtual safety car and red flags in practice for crashes and in qualifying and in the race and a red flag for really bad rain
Last of all I think if you retire you should still get the choice to watch the rest like u do in real life wether its practice/qualifying or the race

I wish we could have the following changes made :-
1. A proper career mode spanning 15-20 year's, starting out in an Academy and depending on your performance you get contract offers from various teams then moving up the tiers all the way to Formula 1.
Another great point here would be the ability to reject or negotiate contract offers and posting your career earnings online against other players. Customization options for created drivers like helmets, driver skills etc. T.V interviews and news feeds.
2. Safety car and Virtual Safety car.
3. Commentary during races
4. A Challenge section where you can relive various scenarios from past and present.
5. Better variety of  animations on podiums and before and after races.
6. R&D
7. Realistic tyre wear and more mechanical and accident damages
8. Being able to fully converse with pit crews and better feedback from pit crews

7 season career from 2010 (with 2009 season as GP2 season F1 practice session Driver and possible replacement drive towards end of the 09 season).

If not managed to be gp2 champ in 09 possible stay in gp2 in 2010 for better drive for 2011 or get smaller seat in 2010.

driver reputation the better reputation you got the better treatment you get from the drivers ie if you crashed in to Massa he will be more aggressive towards you for next few races an and if you cheated alot to win cut corners crashed into drivers maybe have boo.ing from the crowd.  But if you got better reputation the crowd cheer if you over take and win or good results

pick your own car number excluding today's drivers numbers 

make your own helmet design color gloves and boots

have all 5 different types engine parts split in to ware damage so you have to look after engine more and take the relevant penalties. 

Team reputation if you have good reputation you get beter treatment new parts quicker pit stops faster repair.

Season results table from 1st race (like you get in Wikipedia season results)

Overall the 2015 game is a big bump up, well done, but here are a few things that might add some authenticity...

• Pit stops are very rough still, entry and exit feels horrible, some refinement here would be good. Make it look like the onboard stuff on TV.
• Also the crowds, engineers, marshals etc. are very static, some mocap and better models would go a long way to adding realism in the periphery.
• formation lap option would be great.
• Weather effects are great in 15, the clouds and sky could be more photographic.
• some simple shading tricks could go a long way, like baking shadows in places. Eg. on the onboard camera angle your drivers legs under the steering wheel are in shadow and yet very bright. That could be a texture adding ambient shadows. It really pulls my eye now.
• The environments are great, but do feel ring-fenced. Some photographic textures on the outskirts could help.
• Career mode, and even some managerial type elements might be great re: Christian West's Motorsport Manager game on iphone / android. It's absolutely addictive.

- Possibility that you get grid penalty to next race (this is for player and AI)
- Anthony Davidson and David Croft commentary but more improvisised. Sometimes it sounds like they reading lines straight from paper.
- Formation lap
- Random possibility to second formation lap.
- Practice session free roam camera in pit. You can see televisionbroadcast, what happening in pit, like real practice session.
- Improved physic. Example track is very dusty when you start practice and it go better and better while you driving. If drivers don't drive very much, then track is dusty in qualification and then track is slippery.
- More setups. Where is brake setups etc.?

F1 2015 has good handling, good graphics, good sounds, decent AI, racing is good but the game is very bare bones in terms of options. Ideally all options should be available in all game modes.

Last weekend I watched Formula 1 Italian Qualifying and there was Anthony Davidson in skypad. He tell about what are important part of track and where you have drive etc. So I got idea that some kind of webseries or extra or driver tutorial where Anthony is telling about track, show onboard driving where racing line is and how to get maxium time of track. I hope that is IRL recoded video (it makes more feeling than just sound).

The fact is that our feedback is falling on deaf ears. It's been five years now!!! We've given Codemasters the benefit of the doubt long enough... enough is enough!  Whoever's in charge of F1 at Codemasters or whoever is the head developer making decisions  needs to have his useless arrogant deaf ass biffed out the door. He's not listening and is obviously stupid and full of himself! That's why we're getting nowhere with F1. C'mon guys, wake-up! Codemasters don't care, they're just enjoying their riches now. Every year they just did a repaint and tweak and pretended it was an all new version, but then they got mega dollars each year deluding us with false promises. No one can possibly be this incompetent.

I don't understand why the F1 association in real life continues to let Codemasters have the license. Codemsaters (similar to Microsoft) has ruined five years of millions of peoples lives due to their pure incompetence and arrogance and negligence. They're arrogant, and laughing at us, can't you see that? Five years, people, and SAME SH_T! How do we contact the real F1 association? I'm gonna write to them and explain this atrocious debacle and why they should revoke the license from Codemasters. Codies took us for a bumpy ugly ride and left us with a throbbing headache! Wake-up people, stop giving them your money. Codematsers has duped us long enough...

PS: All you guys asking and requesting frivolous novel sh_t, cut it the fu_k out!! It's fogging Codemaster's mind. They just need to get the core game experience fixed, can't you see that?
