F1 2016 wishlist

Well my view is, many of the things missing this year, will mostly likely come back next year. However as far as the Safety Car, it's not near enough to say "the Safety Car is back". They have to UTILIZE the Safety Car lol.

I mean even in past iterations,  in my Careers, i almost had to hit the lottery to see a Safety Car, and most of it was due to ME causing the crash. That's just crazy.

I can see a 3 lap race, but 25% or more with full flags and damage (no matter the difficulty), we should be seeing ALOT of the Safety Car, particularly on the known tracks, and that was NEVER the case in this series (at least in my experience).

And these Yellows that go one for a few seconds. How likely is it somebody recovers that quickly?

I've always enjoyed F1, but due to many obvious factors i skipped this year, but i need an F1 (or better yet for me Indy being i'm a yank lol) on Current Gen. Please deliver Codemasters.

Did you know that:
-In the F1 2005 on PS2 you can make your own driver with your own face thanks to the EyeToy. And it has the podium ceremony with the face.
-In the F1 2000 on PS1 if you hit something with your wheel and after that you use kerbs too hard you can easily lose you wheel.
-In the F1 Challenge 99-02 if you change the camber angle it was visible in the game. 

And now in 2015 what we have?

So my wish that everybody who bought 2015 will get the 2016 for free. Because now we just have a beta game. And if a beta will be a full game you don't have to pay again.

Option to set penalties to "corner cutting only". That option was available in previous games but I didn't see it in F1 2015.

i would like some more reality , seeing how the fuel is put into the car ,how the changes is made to youre car if you select changes,i would also like the driver to walk to the car attend press confrence , work your way to the top by other companies offering you chances to driver for them , as well as tyre changes sponsorships,showing youre truck arriving  at tracks with press waiting seeing how they offload youre car , diffrent engines you can choose for diffrent races,the safety car must come out when theres a crash or the cars that dont want to work of  tecnical difficulties during the race,and the voice comand is cool but make it more cooler by letting you talk to race engineer more freely,as i expierenced a crash made by another driver not be penalised during the race than you can talk to the steward tru youre headset and tell him about the crash,more camera angle s when you pit,make more like the real formula one as you would see it on tv ,,,

Simple request from me....

I want to be able to analyse my laps from a race, so I can see how consistent I was. Just a list of all the laps with their times and a differential value from the fastest lap for each.

Also, a lot less bugs on release and quicker fix times for any bugs that are found.

Look at race director after the race, you can see your lap times as well as everyone else's. Highlight driver and press appropriate button depending upon what system you use. Only thing it doesn't give is time difference but that is easy to approximate.

-option to turn all the stupid pop-up messages off in time trial (rivals, setups, etc), really annoying and distracting.

1. Career mode with your own driver rather than choosing 1 of the 22 on the grid and freedom to customise session length e.g. half practice, full quali and 25% race

5. Classics content, possibly 70s after having 80s and 90s in F1 2013

for me the biggest thing is split-screen offline racing, i always loved messing about with mates in the same room having some epic races :)
The lack of it stopped me from picking up 2015

Drivers that fight for position against you and defend position, and more variation in pit strategy (either different number of stops or different pitstop times, like Raikkonen at Bahrain running longer on the first two stints to get a speed advantage at the end).

- everyone who uses technical helping (TC, ABS) should be slowlier than the others!
- SC &VSC is a big part of F1 so put this in the game. Its not acceptible to race without this!
- car performance (online & offline) should be thr same. Offline preperations for online leagues for ex.
- formation lap. This would be an amazing thing because the last game was by sony 2006. and that was great!
- track limits! The drivers should get 3 chances but that he should get a big penalty!
- drive through penalties! This is also a big part of F1
- pit stop. Dont switch after pit entry to cockpit view. I want to stay in my view (onboard).
- everyone should do his own pit stop with button combination like F1 2006!
- issues: brake issues, PU issues when someone drive in dirty air! Gearbox issue when someone is down shifting to fast!
- I want to take my helmet in online racing
- check and delete the unrealistic lap-times in "time trials"
- online lobbies like the games befor 2015! Put that back. I want to choose the looby and not the game should choose!
- after offline races an interview would be nice like one game before! (2010 or 2011)
- set up proposal from the engineers. After many laps he knows your driving style and is pushing you to the limit (like F1 2006)
- car damage should be much more sensitive! Hitting walls, wheel banging, punctures with frontwing contact!

Dedicated server support should be the #1 priority. Even if Codemasters themselves don't offer dedicated servers, they should offer a dedicated server tool so that we can create/run our own just like SMS, Kunos & ISI do.

The key components I'd like to see are:

Career Mode - Choose your drivers face, helmet and race as yourself with your own name. Extend the length of career mode too, for example 5-7 seasons would be fantastic. Bring back the use of real names by the engineer. It should also include R&D objectives that make practice worthwhile. It would be great to see interviews also return.

Safety Car - Great feature pioneered by CM - If there's one thing they got right over the years, this is it.

Ability to choose grids - In a singleplayer quick race or multiplayer it would be a nice feature to select who starts where on the grid. This would be great for customisable challenges.

Formation lap - Adds extra realism and a degree of tension to each race.

Revamped setups - The F1 2015 setup screen still essentially has the same makeup as the F1 2010 setup screen. I've mentioned this before but it has never been made clear whether the setups are relative or whether they are independent. What I mean to say is if you ran 5/5 wings at Monaco vs 5/5 wings Monza, according the CM the downforce levels would be very different. For me this is confusing because this means, in this context, 5/5 has a different value depending on the track and I assume therefore this is the same for other elements of the setup, for example ride height etc. Also it would be good to remove the iPad guy. It was nice at first but soon enough it began to grate on me. I know the action only takes 2/3 seconds but it's annoying not being able to have instant access to setups, especially if you're doing time trial.

Pitstops - Bring back the pit limiter and stop putting me in cockpit view - I've never understood why this is necessary.

Realistic damage - I personally find the damage model on F1 2015 very strange. Sometimes the front wing seems to be destroyed after a relatively small impact yet other times when your crash your car at high speed the damage done is nearly nothing at all. 

Realistic race objectives - This is one of the most annoying features of F1 2015. If you outperform your qualifying objective which is say 12th, and you qualify 5th, suddenly the team believe you should finish on the podium and anything less is a catastrophic failure?

Don't bother with 2016, 2015 is such a pile of shit I won't be buying it. I've just spent 40 minutes not playing a game online. It really is just a waste of time and enjoyable in no way what's so ever. The AI still has people constantly smash you off the track, a game driving through the pack is near impossible leaving you with only the option the qualify near the front to keep out of trouble. I am so bitterly disappointed with this and the lack of ability to fix it. F1 2015 is a steaming turd and you should be emabarsed to even be talking about turning your attentions to 2016 with the current game still soilinh the drives of our consoles today
