Why are you not fixing the bugs?

Hello codemasters,

People posted so many bugs/glitches about this game, why arent they getting fixed? Is it because you are all waiting for the new xbox?

You guys have a contract with F1 for producing this game, this game in multiplayer is a complete disaster, people pay every year 50-70 euro/dollar or whatever and its getting worse every year.

Maybe it's a new feature? I mean, it did happen to Kimi in Austria. 😁

I didn't notice anything in the second clip. What am I missing?

first incorrect info about car in front, then at the end the subtitle did not go away and after 5 min i paused the game, it did help a bit as the subtitle was gone but i could not ask Jeff any info anymore

So new (Online) 'bugs' are being discovered, but CM have not fixed them?? How dare they!!!

Its not like there are other bugs that have proper bug reports that are being ignored - just look at the patch notes. I mean, i know its game breaking that a subtitle doesnt disappear from an online game. I dont know how you can cope with that massive, game stopping issue.....

It’s not the subtitle that is annoying, it’s that you can’t ask Jeff for updates about the car in front or in n the back bout penalties

@Pilske, if you do see a issue, please report in the right section and using the template provided.

 If you post the information required in the correct forum area and format, I can begin to look into them. I do try to get to every report, but ones with all the information mean a faster turnaround for me and an easier process to get from player to developer, and (hopefully) to patch.

Just because there are impatient people who think that the next patch will solve all problems?
That doesn't even make sense.

How is it that people are meant to race each other when the information shared to the two isn’t the same? Like one person seeing there’s a battle for position and the other seeing that person being a lap down? How are we meant to race with that?

dont know why but monza seems to be a magnet for bugs. They can appear at any track but in monza is guaranteed

Impatient? how long is the rev glitch on F1 for example?

I know @BarryBL on how to post as ive done it several times with different bugs and im not blaming you.
But its so annoying if you run a league with 4 divisions and where is always something to do, like getting people to stream/commentate filling in spreadsheets etc etc, and then when people sending you messages that they quit because they are so fed up with the game what is not working correctly i can NOT blame them aswell.
We put a lot of energy in our league and when people leaving like that it doesnt motivate me or others to continue on this game.

The game is almost running now for 4 months and it seems when they try to fix 1 thing then there is gonna be at least 2 new bugs.

Maybe for you @BarryBL try to explain to the people above you how people feel about this game.

If you can tag me into the completed bug reports, that would be great. We do need all the information in the format that we request.

We are always requesting for additional information, and some fixes can be difficult to replicate, diagnose and fix.

If you look at the end of the clip @DtonZoNE posted :https://gamerdvr.com/gamer/trc-dton/video/115192776 there you see he retired of the race, now i will give you my clip from later in the race where i ignore the yellow flags and the game gave me a 5 sec penalty for it was an overtake on @DtonZoNE who allready retired earlier in the race: https://www.twitch.tv/pilske/clip/SweetAbstemiousPresidentM4xHeh?filter=clips&range=30d&sort=time

Thanks @Pilske, but can you create a separate bug report for this. Adding all the information needed in the template is critical. If you can provide that in a report for us, there are less variables for us and we have all the information to go directly to the developers.

I'm afraid that, to accurately replicate internally so we can diagnose and fix, simply a clip is not enough. I empathise for the frustration, but the information is needed, much like others have mentioned in this post.

I think there should be some rewards for correct bug report.
