Change camera angle while in spectator mode

So you can scurrently switch between using the onboard TV pod or broadcast cameras while in spectator mode with the RB button, it would be lovely to be able to rotate through the camera angles when you have broadcast selected.

Sometimes the game doesnt give you the best angle when locked onto a car. Using the right thumb stick to flick through the available angles could be nice.

The helicopter camera could also be it's own dedicated selection, (TV Pod, Broadcast, Helicopter) it sometimes comes up and is a very useful and good angle.
