awaiting information F1 my team loss of data

Hello, I was 3 seasons into my my team in F1 2020 and then when I logged in one day I lost all my data out of nowhere.  My emotes still stayed but all my data disappeared.  I play on an Xbox one.

You need to post a full bug report but there are more than one thread on this topic, the moderators really need to merge them.

I had this same issue just about 20 minutes ago. I didn't take any screenshots and restarted the game. Upon restart I got hit with the terms of agreement screen, racenet, gamma adjustment, and then avatar screen. I run xbox and my game is saved on a seagate external hard drive. The game is currently v 1.13

Again, this occurred in my team. I just finished a race weekend came back to the main my team screen and filled out some activities then fast forwarded to the next race weekend. I got the corrupt data save message after attempting to move to the next weekend. (Russia to Japan) 

I hope this is enough information. 

 

UPDATE: I launched other games saved the my external hard drive to see if they had corrupt data. These games loaded properly and loaded all game save data.

(Russia to Japan) I did not know this template or forum existed, so I have no screenshots. When I restarted the game, I got hit with the terms of agreement screen, racenet, gamma adjustment, and then avatar screen.

• Version: The game is currently v 1.13
• Game Mode: This happened in my team
• Make it happen again?: I have no clue how to make this happen again
• Trouble Shooting: I launched other games saved the my external hard drive to see if they had corrupt data. These games loaded properly and loaded all game save data.
• Peripheral: Fanatec wheel base, fanatec formula rim, fanatec pedal. Game saved on seagate external hard-drive for xbox
